KickBoxFit (KBF) is a non combat 45 minute class combining kicking, punching and high intensity circuit training.

KBF caters to all fitness levels where each workout can be customised to each individual by adjusting the intensity level to suit your personal fitness goals.

KBF is a cardio intensive, muscle toning, fat burning, full body workout where your only opponent is yourself.
