BOXING : Our world famous boxing for fitness coach offers you a brilliant form of exercise in the way of boxing. Combining boxing exercises, boxing combinations & resistance exercises giving you a fantastic cardio workout while you smash your troubles away! Beginners and advanced welcome.

BODY TONE : A fun full body workout with weights, toning and shaping your whole body.

YOGA : General yoga for all ages and fitness levels. Focusing on flexibility and relaxation while strengthening and toning your body. Come in and release the stress from your week.

STEP : Using step equipment let the instructor motivate you while you burn calories & tone your legs and lose calories off your whole body.

H.I.I.T. : High Intense Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

AB-SCENE : A highly effective 20 min. class that is custom designed to target abs, hips, and thighs like never before. Specifically designed and safely supervised by an Exercise Physiologist/Scientist.

KBF :  A Kicking Boxing Circuit class, its a perfect class for intensive cardio.

SPINHIT : An exciting,  cardio workout on stationary bikes mixed with High Intensity Interval Training. Fantastic for toning the lower body and a full body fat burn.
