A well structured 30 minute class, designed to target abs, hips and legs, like never before. Specifically designed and supervised by an Exercise Physiologist!

THURSDAY 6:30PM

BODY SCULPT

Exercises to shape your body and get you toned. If you're looking to shred and burn some calories in a fun way, this is the class for you

TUESDAY 7:30PM

CIRCUS

A range of weight exercises put together in a circuit, organised to give you the best upper and lower body workout, burning all those calories!

SATURDAY 9:00AM

STEP

An invigorating workout to inspire and motivate. In a fast paced class with high and low impact moves including a step board

WEDNESDAY 6:00 PM

H.I.I.T

High intensity interval training. Push yourself to the limit. Recommended for people with a fitness level of intermediate to advanced!

TUESDAY 7:30PM

STORM

Weights and Resistance class. Push your limits to the max with this high volume workout, sure to get your heart pumping and major muscle groups burning!
(Interchangeable with STORM)

MONDAY 7:30PM

RPE 9

An amazing conditioning workout designed to focus on the core and lower body, upper body combined with a cardio section to raise your heart rate.

TUESDAY     6:30 PM

YOGA

General yoga for all ages and fitness levels. Focusing on flexibility and relaxation while strengthening and toning your body. Come in and release the stress from your week.

ZUMBA

Fun, energetic Latin moves in an aerobic class. Guaranteed to pulsate and invigorate you. Join in on the fun, burn calories, get fit and tone your entire body!
