After a 15 year stint in Orthotics and Prosthetics, I returned to Uni to obtain a dual accreditation as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist in 2006. Since then I have practiced in the public and private sectors in Hospital Rehab Clinics, Community Health Centres, Gyms, Personal Training Centres, Aged Care, Corporate Health, and Case Management providing graduated return to work plans as a Rehabilitation Consultant and Injury Management Advisor. My main passion lies in supporting my client to enhance motivation to implement lifestyle modification principles with a view to manage or even reverse the effects of a multitude of chronic conditions through exercise and healthy lifestyle change. I am also accredited as a L3 Wellness Coach with additional studies in Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition.
